Welcome to the new era of medical science

Reversing disease without drugs or surgery

Rewire the brain. Regulate gene expression. Control your biology.

NNINE is a private, accreditation-eligible research institute dedicated to unlocking the full potential of the human brain through rigorous, measurable research in neuroscience and epigenetics. Our mission is to develop and validate non-invasive methods to reverse chronic disease and eliminate physical, mental, and emotional suffering - establishing a new model of medicine grounded in brain plasticity and targeted gene expression.

⚠️ Legal Disclaimer

NNINE (Northnode Institute of Neuroscience & Epigenetics) is currently not  conducting a formal clinical trial.
We are in the process of securing IRB approval, HIPAA compliance, and other regulatory clearances.
Until these approvals are finalized, all services, evaluations, and participant interactions are part of a pre-study project operated under North Node.

4. Neuroscience of Consciousness and Selfhood

Investigating whether consciousness emerges from the brain or exists beyond the body, and how it interfaces with reality via neural or quantum mechanisms.

Sleep and Neural Recovery
5. Sleep, Brain Recovery, and Neural Regeneration

Understanding how sleep restores neural functions and unlocks healing and cognitive enhancement potentials.

Consciousness After Death
6. Consciousness at the Threshold of Death

Exploring awareness during clinical death and whether consciousness persists beyond physical life.

Brain-to-Brain Interface
7. Neural Communication, Thought Decoding, and Brain-to-Brain Interface

Researching the externalization and transmission of thoughts through neuroimaging and machine learning technologies.

Cross-Cutting Methodology Across All Areas

All NNINE research uses non-invasive, neuroscience-based techniques with measurable markers (e.g., fMRI, EEG, blood data, behavior metrics). Ethical and IRB-compliant practices with human subjects ensure reproducibility and public-good outcomes.

NNINE METHOD

Scientific Basis of the NNINE Healing Protocol

The NNINE Healing Protocol is a multimodal clinical intervention designed to investigate the reversal of chronic or terminal illness through neuroplastic recalibration, gene expression shifts, and systemic emotional-physiological realignment. The protocol is grounded in measurable neuroscience and evidence-based behavioral medicine, structured for formal research under IRB and HIPAA compliance.

NNINE CLINICAL PROTOCOL

Multiphase Healing Intervention Structure

Phase 1: Medical & Biological Profiling Animation

PHASE 1: Medical & Biological Profiling

  • Participant submits:
    • Full medical history
    • Bloodwork and hormone/genetic panels (required)
  • Case is reviewed by NNINE's clinical research team and stored for pre-approval.
Phase 2: Initial Evaluation Animation

PHASE 2: Initial Evaluation by Principal Investigator

  • Participant books and pays for an evaluation.
  • PI conducts:
    • Emotional, behavioral, and neurocognitive profiling
    • Assessment of stress response, trauma history, and cognitive flexibility
    • Clinical notes prepared for board presentation.
Phase 3: Scientific Advisory Board Review Animation

PHASE 3: Scientific Advisory Board Review

  • PI presents the anonymized case to NNINE's Advisory Board.
  • If case is approved:
    • Participant pays remaining program fee or
    • Applies for waiver by consenting to:
    • Anonymized use of clinical data for research
    • Optional testimonial and video documentation
Phase 4: Baseline Neuroimaging Animation

PHASE 4: Baseline Neuroimaging (fMRI #1)

  • Participant books three fMRI sessions at their local neuroimaging center.
  • First fMRI: Resting-state scan (pre-intervention) to map default neural activity.
  • A neural-biological baseline is constructed by the NNINE research team.
Phase 5: Targeted Neural Reprogramming Animation

PHASE 5: Targeted Neural Reprogramming (Weeks 1–3)

Daily 3-hour protocol, includes:

  • Neurocognitive Regulation Training (NRT):
    • Guided respiratory interoceptive training
    • Top-down attention control exercises
    • Emotional reconditioning tasks
  • Frequency-based auditory neurostimulation
  • Anti-inflammatory nutrition protocol
  • Behavioral reflection tasks
  • Sleep phase recalibration tools
Phase 6: Midpoint Neuroimaging Animation

PHASE 6: Midpoint Neuroimaging + Evaluation (fMRI #2)

  • Participant undergoes second fMRI during active simulation or NRT task.
  • PI compares brain activity with baseline and adjusts protocol as needed.
  • Interim behavioral and emotional assessment conducted.
Phase 7: Consolidation Phase Animation

PHASE 7: Consolidation Phase (Week 4-5)

  • Participant continues daily NRT and nutrition protocol.
  • Optional:
    • Weekly virtual check-ins or regulation coaching
    • Emotional setpoint recalibration through embedded affirmations
  • Goal: stabilize gains and enhance trait-level emotional flexibility.
Phase 8: Neural Identity Coding Animation

PHASE 8: Neural Identity Coding (Optional)

  • The participant engages in a mirror-based or 3D holographic simulation designed to project a coherent, healthy bodily identity.
  • This procedure activates the mirror neuron system, insular cortex, and frontoparietal integration networks to re-pattern the brain's internal representation of self.
  • Inspired by the clinical methods developed by Dr. V.S. Ramachandran, this phase aims to reinforce neural coherence between intention, embodiment, and physiological recovery.
Phase 9: Final fMRI & Program Discharge Animation

PHASE 9: Final fMRI & Program Discharge

  • Final fMRI (#3): Conducted during end-of-program identity rehearsal
  • Optional:
    • Follow-up blood test or gene panel to assess physiological shifts
  • PI conducts final evaluation and issues:
    • Progress documentation
    • Custom long-term neural maintenance tools
    • Follow-up guidance on relapse prevention

Summary

The NNINE Healing Protocol is a highly structured, IRB-compliant neurobehavioral intervention that combines imaging, psychological regulation, molecular biology, and multisensory identity reprogramming to explore disease reversal. It targets both state-level and trait-level transformation through neurocognitive, affective, and genetic pathways.
